Abiola S. Ogunleye is an alumnus of the prestigious Faculty of Law, Lagos State University, Lagos.

Abiola was called to the Nigerian bar in November 2016 and overtime; he has garnered remarkable experience in Corporate Commercial Practice, Dispute Resolution, Debt Recovery, Tax matters, Family Law Practice and Real Estate Practice.

Before now, Abiola has provided legal advisory services to different reputable corporate entities like Dele Olaniyan & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Assets Management Corporation of Nigeria AMCON, Livelihood Homes Limited amongst others.

Abiola’s passion for advocacy and litigation has helped him successfully represent several corporate and private clients in several levels of court in Nigeria.

Presently, Abiola is a legal counsel in the Firm of Wuyi Adeyemo & Co. while he still provides legal advisory services to Fintech Coys and Startups in Nigeria on complex corporate commercial transactions.
